With more than three decades of experience, he possesses exceptional expertise in Surgical Oncology and has successfully treated complex cancer cases. He was the first in the city to introduce sentinel lymph node biopsy for breast cancer and has performed over 2,000 such procedures to date. He is also a pioneer in oesophageal resection, having completed more than 500 cases. Additionally, he has performed over 120 robotic surgeries in a single year. He played a key role in initiating the DrNB Surgical Oncology course at GKNM Hospital and serves as an examiner for DrNB Surgical Oncology under the National Board of Examinations (NBE).
